Full session 7.30-8.50am £4.55

Late session 8.30am-8.50am £2.30

Booking and payment is to be made on our Arbor App we also accept childcare vouchers.

Breakfast club terms and conditions 

Booking and payment for our Breakfast Club should be made through the Arbor App. Places are on a first come, first served basis so we strongly suggest you plan ahead and book well in advance. We cannot accept children if they have not been pre-booked and paid for in advance.

We accept childcare vouchers for our Breakfast Club; however we need to receive payment in advance of your booking. Once the childcare vouchers are received, these will be added to your account and you will be notified so that you can then go on and book your sessions. Please email  admin@stteresas.herts.sch.uk when you have made a childcare voucher payment so that this can be allocated to your account.

There is a complimentary breakfast served only for those attending sessions before 8.15am, where there is a choice of cereals, toast and spreads.

Please do not drop your children early into sessions, if you do so you shall be charged for the full session.

If your child is unable to attend a session, the payment feature allows us to set a credit for that session onto your account. If your child does not arrive for their session without it being cancelled in advance, you will be given a credit on three occasions and over and above that, you will be charged. We are unable to offer refunds.  All cancellations must be made in by 7am in the morning  by text on 07936 591271.

After School  Child Care Club - With Topkidz        

We are delighted to be finally launching our TopKidz afterschool child care club.  Please read the letter below with the details

  Dear Parents/Carers

I am Dupe Balogun and I have run Topkidz Group Limited for 24 years. We currently run seven locations across Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire with St Teresa's becoming our 8th setting. Firstly, I would like to thank everyone that completed a questionnaire last academic year in support of wraparound care at your child's School. We are honoured as an organisation to be offered the opportunity to open an after school club to serve your wraparound care needs.

We are pleased to say that we have now been granted Ofsted registration to offer the after school club to the children of St Teresa's School in Borehamwood. 

Our proposed opening date is now Monday, 27th April 2026. We will offer Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays for the Summer term as from our opening date. Subject to demand, we will add on Thursdays and Fridays as from September 2026.  We are working very closely with the School Office management and School Leadership team, who have been extremely supportive all through this process.

• Registrations - Yes, we will start accepting registrations as from Thursday, 19th March 2026.
• Please go through this document and the registration link is embedded within this document. This document outlines detailed FAQs that you will find very useful. A few of the FAQs are listed below:
• Price - All this information is within the registration link. Until 5 pm - £10.50; Until 5.30 pm - £13.00. There will be opportunities for ad hoc bookings subject to availability.
• Attendance after School Activities e.g. Football/Dance/Chess etc. Yes, your child can attend after their School-based activities.
• Siblings discount - There is a 10% siblings' discount if they attend on the same days.
• Minimum required per day - We require registered regular interest of 10 children per day to offer the proposed days of the week.
• Flexibility - Due to current working patterns, we offer flexibility at all our settings. Having said that, we also need to ensure we stay financially viable and keep in line with Ofsted's regulations and standards at all times.
• Activities on offer - Further information on these can be found in our registration information. Also, please visit our website to give you an idea of what we do at our settings.
• Payment - Yes, we will accept childcare vouchers, Tax Free Childcare payments and Bank transfers.
• Food provided - We offer a substantial snack at all our settings, not dinner but something that will keep children until they get home in the evening. Further details shared within the registration information.
